How you will learn<\/h1>\n

Modules 1 through\u00a05 each require an attendance of 2 full days. Our participants are instructed in theoretical fundamentals and practice what they have learned in a variety of practical exercises. Small groups enable our participants to experience actual coaching sessions in every module, allowing them to improve their coaching skills continuously. Module\u00a06 is a personalized module, in which the individual development of our students is further fostered with a personal profile analysis and two individual coaching sessions.
